Athena Chatzikyrou, of Indian origin and Cypriot heritage, is a dedicated yoga teacher and wellness coach with over 10 years of experience in yoga and meditation. She is extensively trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as Pranayama and Yoga Therapy. Her expertise extends beyond yoga, encompassing various forms of meditation and Reiki healing, allowing her to offer a truly holistic approach to well-being. Through her deep understanding of traditional practices and energy healing, Athena empowers individuals to achieve balance, inner peace, and overall wellness.

Anil Bhandari is a highly experienced yoga teacher from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand—widely regarded as the world capital of yoga. With over 7 years of experience in yoga, he has dedicated himself to mastering the principles of body mechanics, alignment, and pain management. Anil holds a master's degree in yoga and has completed extensive training, including 500 hours of teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga, 500 hours in Hatha Yoga, and an additional 500 hours in Pranayama instruction.Beyond his expertise in yoga, he has successfully completed Level 1, 2, and 3 Sound Healing courses, specialising in singing bowl therapy with practical proficiency. Through his deep knowledge and holistic approach, Anil aims to guide individuals towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
